If Vonage want to keep customers, they would have to improve with their policies.
One of my pet peeves with Vonage is, the 30 day grace period is not available at all, that period lasts only 1 day, the day you order their service. Those thieves can teach a professional thief a thing or two.
The other pet peeve is Vonage inability to have folks change their billing date. Wtf.?
I guess I drop them like a hot potato as soon as I can.
I think, that if I want to call overseas I go w/yahoo online, and the other times a prepaid cell phone. That way I have control over my telephone bills and I am not at the mercy of telephone providers like Vonage, who like to do nothing but steal from unsuspecting customers.
